Our Founders

Anu Menon

Anu is dedicated to advancing the rights of women and marginalized communities globally. She has worked tirelessly for 25 years as a leader and advocate for social justice and human rights in the non-profit and government sectors. Anu serves on the Board of Directors of the Global Fund for Women. She earned a BA from Stanford University, her MA from Johns Hopkins University and a Juris Doctorate from UC Berkeley.

Akash Garg

Akash is passionate about economic empowerment and equal access to opportunity. He is a seasoned technology executive, having spent the last 25 years leading and building technology teams at companies such as Twitter, Uber and Afterpay. As an active angel investor and advisor, he spends his time coaching entrepreneurs to achieve success. He earned a BS and MS in Computer Science from Stanford University.
